
Looking forward to hearing from Dr. Jason Webb on Palliative Care for Hematologic Malignancies today at noon. Dr. Webb is an Associate Professor of Medicine at Oregon Health and Science University and the Section Chief of Palliative Care, Knight Cancer Institute. He directs the clinical, education, and research programs for the Section of Palliative Care in the Division of Hematology and Medical Oncology across OHSU Health. Dr. Webb conducts collaborative clinical research with colleagues at Duke and Massachusetts General, primarily on randomized trials examining the role of early palliative care interventions for patients with hematologic malignancies undergoing curative intent treatments including bone marrow transplantation.
