Music Therapy

Looking forward to this week’s lecture by Mel Srolovitz on Music Therapy in Palliative Medicine. Mel (pronouns she/her) is a Board-Certified Music Therapist, Certified Death Doula, and a Fellow in Thanatology. Mel currently works at Penn Medicine Hospice in Philadelphia, owns a private, Philadelphia-based death doula business, and has been working in end-of-life care for over 10 years where she also offers community-based support, resources, and education alongside local deathcare organizations.

We have one more lecture left this year. What an incredible slate we have had. If you are interested in presenting next semester, fill out this form! As a heads up, our last lecture will be on Friday, June 5th and not Thursday, June 4th!

Additionally, the HAPC Boot Camp returns during the month of July! Below are the dates, times, and lectures for this year. All are welcome to attend. To be added to the list, you can add your email address here or email me and I will add you!
