Ethics in Pediatric Palliative Care

Our best series of lectures yet continues with Dr. Brenda Schiltz discussing ethical challenges in pediatric palliative care. Brenda M. Schiltz, MD, MS, MA, FAAP is a pediatric intensivist at the Mayo Clinic in Rochester Minnesota. She has also received a masters degree in Ethics and is board certified in Hospice and Palliative Medicine. She has a deep interest in integrative therapies, mind body medicine, and resiliency in health care. Her career has been highlighted by extensive teaching activities, mentoring and amplification of peers, and promoter of women in health care.
