Cultural Insights of Caring for Latino Patients and Palliative Care Development in Latin America

Ingrid Berg, Family and Community Medicine Fellow

Looking forward to hearing the lecture from Dr. Juan Correa entitled “Cultural Insights of Caring for Latino Patients and Palliative Care Development in Latin America.” I’m very excited to have Juan leading off this academic year. He has been an amazing advocate for palliative care and a dear (twitter) friend of mine. Check out his daily recommendations for palliative care related topics. He is currently a palliative care resident at La Sabana University in Colombia. He is an associate researcher at the Colombian Observatory of Palliative Care and the international Observatory on End-of-Life Care.
