We are so lucky to have Dr. Ann Berger here to present her NIH HEALS (Healing Experiences of All Life Stressors) tool. Dr. Berger has over 35 years of experience in pain and palliative care. Most recently she spent 24 years as chief of pain and palliative care at National Institutes of Health, clinical center where she had patient care, education, administrative, and research responsibilities. Dr. Berger has lectured extensively nationally and internationally. Dr. Berger’s research involved developing ways to measure psychosocial spiritual healing. Currently, Dr. Berger is a consultant in helping organizations transform the culture to improve resilience, wellness, and improved compassion, empathy and human relationships. Dr. Berger is also consulting in supportive oncology and palliative care. Don’t miss this lecture and feel free to share widely!
